Visual Experiments

Here I have a collection of personal studies I like to do on my free time where I explore 3d composition, lighting techniques, and character rigging. Each scene began as a technical experiment—testing new techniques, materials, lighting, or procedural workflows—and evolved into this collection of art. These projects are where I explore ideas freely before they find their way into client work.

Procedural Growth

Created to explore procedural workflows, scattering systems, and physically based materials while building a small, self-contained ecosystem from the ground up.

Isometric Miami Beach

Created to refine procedural environment techniques, this project combines terrain generation, vegetation scattering, and stylized lighting into a compact coastal scene inspired by Miami Beach.

Daily Routine

This shows a day in the life of a senior motion designer

Procedural City

I wanted to explore creating a low poly city using Sketch and Toon and have the buildings grow procedurally as we floated through the city.

Astrodude Finds Robot

A short 3D animation following Astrodude as he stumbles across a robot companion while exploring an alien landscape.

Corona Battle

A video-game-style animation created as a motivational awareness campaign during COVID-19, made to help lift the spirits of essential healthcare workers on the front lines.
